At Lovisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  You can return your items for free at any Lovisa store worldwide, or opt to send them back to our warehouse via our online returns portal.

  Pack and Ship

  If returning via mail, securely pack your items with the original receipt and attach the shipping label generated from our online portal.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
